MEDITATION
Meditation is a conscious effort to change how the mind works. The Pali word for meditation is 'bhavana' which means 'to make grow' or 'to develop'

Meditation takes many forms but starts always with calming the mind through concious breathing, walking or chanting.

There are essentially two types of meditation..Shinay...tranquility meditation and Vipasyana..analytical meditation
